New Early Literacy Backpacks

So I've turned some of our cool backpacks (donated by the Marlborough Women's Club) into Early Literacy Backpacks for our youngest patrons. We still have some subject packs like Math Fun, Sports, & Potty Time, but it's good to change things up once in a while, right?

 The Early Lit backpacks focus on 6 key early literacy skills : Print Motivation, Print Awareness, Phonological Awareness, Letter Knowledge, Vocabulary, and Narrative Skills.  They sound fancy, but if you're reading to your children at home, then they are getting these skills and you may not know it.

The backpacks are great for introducing to the youngest pre-readers, or helping to reinforce these skills with emerging readers.  Each pack has a variety of titles that fit each particular skill and will be great for most preschool and early elementary age groups.
